Relief fragment of which a quadriga (four-horse chariot) and the final part of the drapery of a charioteer remain.
On the base to the left, there is the nude left foot of a person that rests on its toes.
The execution is vigorous. The charioteer and the master of ceremonies can be identified with Helios and Phaëton. .
It is an Augustan copy (27 a.C.-14 d.C.) of a 4th century BC original.
The work was found in Via Principe Amedeo, near the Esquiline Hill.
