Portrait of an elderly woman. The chubby face shows relaxed facial muscles, small and deep-set eyes and thin-lipped mouth; two deep wrinkles cross the cheeks to either side of the nose.

The hair, modeled on those of Marciana and Matidia, is arranged in a tall toupet consisting in a lower row of waved locks and two upper rows of curls; the locks converge on the nape in a large, circular bun.

This portrait can be ascribed to the late age of Trajan.
